Just some thoughts

"Having recovered their identity as citizens of the Church universal, Anglo-Catholics claimed as their own the richness of the Middle Ages, the splendor of Rome, and the mystery of the Orthodox East."

This is something for us to look at as Anglican. We truly take the best of everything. The greatness of the middle-aged, the glam and glitter of Rome in the way our churches and vestments are and we take the mystical part of our theology from the east. Our liturgy has Roman and eastern elements in it. This truly is a beautiful thing!
