What did I get myself into........

I had a very crazy experience the other night. I went to a “revival meeting” let me tell you how this went I can in and they started worship (praise) and they let people come down to the floor below their stage and I had three other friends with me and as we were singing I saw some of the most craziest things in my life there was a lady twitching around to the music and was unable to control herself and people screaming of random thing and in the back people had flags waving that said ”Jesus our healer” and people on the steps with small flags. Now if this wasn’t bad enough the speaker we telling how God was talking to him everyday at like 2 ‘o clock and “God” told him that he was going to pour our 10 anointing at the next 10 days meetings. Then we had this guy telling how he saw people getting heal in the audience and then they had people come to the stage and then they “slayed them in the spirit” and they did that whole crazy deal, but fun note here when they tried in on the kids it didn’t work and all through this thing people were blowing shofars and people felt the need to scream at God. Now about this time I had to leave because what I saw was just so sickening. Me and one of my friends who left also sat outside waiting on the others ( my friend is a reformed Baptist) and he told me he thought I was going to go down to the stage and call these people out and condemn them and I was about to but I held back and just went outside and prayed.

Now this whole thing defied the ways of God and the church. There was no order and it was just chaos and I know I saw at least 3 demon possession people and one of them was the main speaker.

Let me point you to I Cor 14:40 (NKJV) “Let all things be done decently and in order.”

These crazy gatherings are much like a neo-Montanism and as the historical account tells us they were condemn as heretics.

I find it sad that the devil doesn’t need to create a new heresy to attack the church he just bring back an old one and tweak it a little bit and this time The Church is so broken we can’t stop them and they get to run ramped and calm to be real Christianity.

My dear brothers and sisters we who stand upon the orthodox faith of the church (Seven ecumenical councils and the vincentian canon) Need to find a way to unite so that we may fight these wicked time because if we don’t we will further be pushed back into the dark. We need to unite so that we can truly bring back the glory of the church and with one voice condemn heresy.
